I think so as well, Pratt was a good addition in my opinion but he is definitely in another country. If I had to guess I'd say he's either in NZ or somewhere in SE asia.

About the list it’s interesting the FBI has removed/added not 1 but 2 fugitives despite Rafael Caro-Quintero’s slot being open.
Now as far as what could happen with the RCQ slot, it may remain vacant well into 2023; waiting till RCQ is extradited to the U.S. Sucessfully; perhaps there’s a backlog at the FBI that it takes awhile to replace legitimately captured fugitives from the list; or the FBI has a specific fugitive in mind to replace RCQ, but want to wait to make the announcement since Cardenas and Pratt were just added.
One thing i also wanted to point out, is with Pratt’s addition to the list, there’s now 3 fugitives on the list born in the year 1982, with Arnoldo Jimenez and Yulan Carias being the others (possibly Alexis Flores too).

If I'm not mistaken Eduardo Ravelo hasn't been extradited to the US yet, despite it being 4 years since his arrest. Do you think that RCQ will be still on the list until his extradition because he has a much higher profile than Ravelo? In my opinion they are quite similar cases in which both fugitives were taken down by intelligence rather than the list itself. If I had to guess I'd say RCQ will be replaced sometime in the next few months, then the FBI will likely look into what direction to take with Alexis Flores, whether its leaving him on due to the Yulan Carias situation or finishing the house cleaning that started with Fisher, Palmer, and Brown all removed in the last year.

So here’s my list of candidates that I feel would be good to replace Rafael Caro-Quintero if and when the FBI (and the other agencies working on this case) decide to finally replace him.
Things I’ve taken into account before making my list of candidates, is that the list as of late is becoming more international, so my list of candidates will reflect that, along with the domestic cases since 2021 being exceptionally egregious (Juarez-Corro, Cardenas, and Pratt).
* Alvin Scott - Really with basically every cold case and old age fugitive no longer on the list, now could be their chance to add Scott to the list despite being in his 70s, he’s wanted for a double murder of his estranged wife and her male companion in Atlanta, Georgia in 2001. Scott is believed to be in Turkey, so this is an international case that could benefit from Top Ten List.
* Manuel Bartlett-Diaz - Also implicated in the murder of Kiki Camarena, and a current Mexican government official, he’s not allowed to travel to the U.S. as authorities here want to question him in his role of that fateful day. With Caro-Quintero’s extradition underway, perhaps there’s publicity moves being done behind the scenes to bring Manuel Bartlett-Diaz, while granted adding him won’t be a publicity thing rather to put pressure on Mexico to extradite him.
* Esnel Jean - This is another case I personally feel is ideal for the list, now that every cold case fugitive and age old fugitive is now off the list. Jean is an alleged triple murderer that really hasn’t had that much publicity in 26/27 years, and perhaps putting him on the list, is what finally leads to his apprehension. He’s believed to be in Haiti or the Dominican Republic, which once again highlights the international aspect to this case.
* Bob Tang - Tang decapitated a man in Northern California in 2017, and this type of crime is very egregious regardless if the murder count was only 1, this is a sign of someone who isn’t right in the head. He’s likely in Cambodia, so the list will likely do its job here, even if there’s no extradition treaty with Cambodia, it’ll put Tang on notice.
* Hung Tien Pham - wanted for 5 murders, he’s the last suspect at large in this case and his whereabouts were known as recently as the mid to late 90s in Thailand. The top ten list is known for having captures in different corners of the world, Pham would have nowhere to hide if he gets added to the list one day.

If it is determined that Christopher Francisquini fled the State of Connecticut and a UFAP warrant is obtained, he seems like a shoo-in for the Ten Most Wanted List. Tip-offs for me are the immediate $25,000 reward and that they listed him as “mentally unstable.”

Definitely. I think right now he's a seeking law enforcement case but we'll see what happens. What he did is bad enough but a career criminal as well. As I said in our thread the only reason I won't make him my #1 Most Wanted fugitive this year (if he unfortunately isn't caught by the time I make my list) is the case is too recent. He's a danger to anyone in public and now his level of desperation is even worse.

Looks like I got this one wrong as he was in Spain, not SE asia. Michael Pratt seems like he wasn't the smartest fugitive as the FBI listed one of his possible locations as Spain, and he was probably too dumb to cover his tracks

My updated top contenders for the Ten Most Wanted List:
1) Dennis St. John Rodriguez: He's at the top of the list for me. An already high reward of $50,000, a gang-member with Latin Kings, and he is suspected in numerous homicides in Florida. Additionally, the victim's body in the homicide he is charged in is still missing. The latter fact is probably a smaller factor, but if he is in fact guilty of that person's homicide, only he knows where the body is.
2) Dennis Cunningham: Convicted felon, his murder allegedly happened during a robbery.
3) Robert Morales: Wanted for two murders, MS-13 member, lengthy criminal history, and reward money on the table already.
4) Manuel Virgen-Galven: Alleged murder of a 14-year-old child (a senseless one, too: shot the victim while he was painting his bicycle in his front yard).
5) Juan Laureano-Arvizu: Cartel ties, allegedly connected to nine murders, charged with attempted murder of a police officer.
6) Joe Matthew Constance: Convicted felon, has received some publicity as of late, reward money already on the table.
7) Liban Abduldakir Sheikh: Allegedly responsible for a brutal homicide which took place during a home invasion, another victim was shot and survived, may have fled internationally.
8) Kevin Lamont Carter: Violent felon and sex offender, very high reward as it is.
9) Bruce Sawhill: Sexual predator allegedly responsible for another child sexual assault.
10) William Willingham: New photo available, very high level of violence in alleged sexual assault, known to carry a knife.
11) Jeffrey McDaniel: Very lurid sex crimes, could be in Mexico.
12) Trevor Sparks: Allegedly a meth kingpin: his group was allegedly responsible for two homicides and numerous violent assaults.
13) Bob Tang: Gruesome dismemberment murder, and is an international fugitive.
Possible Cold Case Additions:
14) Danny Liggett: We now know he was allegedly involved in a shooting down in Georgia following the homicide he allegedly committed. International flight confirmed. Additionally, he could still very well be addicted to cocaine. Cocaine addicts can be desperate (see the case of Francis William Murphy, for reference).
15) John Kelly Gentry: Two murders, one of which was allegedly carried out during a robbery, the other involving sexual assault, tips have placed him in LA recently, violent criminal history.

I think that William Willingham would be the perfect addition to replace RCQ or Michael Pratt. The list is in need of a true cold case slot where the only real cold case on the list is Flores, and we all know he's only still on the list because of the whole Yulan Carias situation. Willingham has had new photos resurface lately and was posted about on the FBI most wanted Twitter page in the last week which makes me think they might be nearing his addition. The list could also use an addition from the Deep South and someone who is a domestic fugitive rather than someone like Pratt (who was overall a good addition, IMO) or Ignatova. His crimes are definitely deserving of a place on the list and I think that this wouldn't be too hard of a case for the FBI if some more info about Willingham comes to light from investigation about him.

Willingham was charged with Capital Rape as a result of his alleged crimes. Translation: he would have been eligible for the death penalty prior to 2008 for his crimes. However, in Kennedy vs. Louisiana in 2008, the Supreme Court determined that the death penalty could not be used for child rapists where the victim wasn’t murdered. Thus, he’s probably looking at life in prison as a max sentence. He would be the first Jackson Field Office fugitive since Edward Eugene Harper in 2008.

Although they just added him, Donald Eugene Fields would fit the Michael Pratt category perfectly. (And they've added a Donald Eugene before).

I have a feeling that Dennis St. John Rodriguez is about to get added within the next few weeks. FBI just bumped him to the top of Violent Crimes - Murders section, and he has a 50K reward already. Just a hunch but I could see it happening.

Welp the FBI finally made up for the 3 removals in 2021 & 2022, by having 3 open slots in 2023, and everyone knows what that means. I was at first upset when Fisher, Palmer and Brown were removed, but I was happy to hear the news that Pratt now shares the distinction of being the first FBI Top Ten capture in Spain and was caught at the closing of 2022, and we start off the year on the same foot with El Gato’s capture.
As for who I think will be added to the list next, I think with RCQ and El Gato captured, the FBI will add Haitian Gang Leader Jimmy “Barbecue” Cherizier, as the U.S. Government has offered a $1 Million reward for other Haitian gang leaders for which they kidnapped U.S Citizens for ransom in October 2021, and there’s nothing indicating Cherizier has been indicted despite being involved, so perhaps his indictment is sealed until the justice Dept makes an announcement if that’s the case. Also the FBI has felt the need to add war style fugitives as of late which is why I made this entry.
As for the other 2 slots, a recent murder fugitive like Bob Tang or a sex crimes fugitive like Donald Eugene Fields would be great additions to the Top Ten List as Michael Pratt’s capture proved that an individual can be caught anywhere in the world. There’s also more than enough leg room on the list for a cold case if the FBI wanted to go in that direction.
