With Devontay Anderson in custody, the FBI still has an extensive pool of fugitives to select from to add to its famous list.
Honestly I don’t want to make anymore assumptions as I just want the slot to be filled soon, like even if a Turkey Sandwich is added to the FBI Top Ten List, I’d be happy because it’s at least something 😊.
I’m leaning more on Adarus Black being the next addition to the Top Ten List because of how recent his case is, and the lack of captures of the other 9, he makes sense.

Oh I see you want to piggyback off my prediction now. j/k lol. But yeah I don't care who is added, I just want to see the slot filled.

Apart from Adarus Black, we’ve discussed Joe Constance and Michael Pratt, based on updates or just how extensive their crimes are, but also one guy I do likely see becoming the next possible top ten fugitive is Hung Tien Pham, he wouldn’t be a bad addition given how high profile he is, and one distinct feature he has is how short he is at 5’2”-5’4”.

Could publicity from the FBI's Ten Most Wanted potentially flip the manhunt for Alexis Rojas-Mendez?

I really like Pham as an addition prediction as well! In Pursuit even has publicized the manhunt on their Facebook which is possibly a sign. The only thing I disagree on is I feel being taller is more of a distinctive feature and being short doesn't really stand out unless someone is like under 4'11 (which not saying this to sound mean makes them legally under the category of dwarfism).

Of course it could- since the list is such a huge publicity tool the answer is yes for anyone fugitive you can ask about- the only thing is I'm not sure if it's the FBI or U.S. Marshals handling the manhunt for Rojas-Mendez.

So today is the 11 month anniversary since Yaser Abdel Said’s arrest in Justin, Texas, and he’s been listed as captured almost as long as Osama and Whitey in 2011/2012.
It took 11 months and 10 days to replace Osama with Eric Toth, who had been on the run for 4 years by then.
It took 10 months and 17 days to replace Whitey with Adam Mayes, BUT Mayes was a breaking news fugitive so in reality it took 11 months and 2 weeks to formally replace Whitey with Fidel Urbina.
912th brought this up that it may take about 11 1/2 months to replace Yaser Said with someone else, but if this isn’t the case, then they likely have a lot on their plate.
Imagine all this wait annoying us, and surprise surprise…. someone like Gerald “Mike” Bullinger, is added to the list.

Pretty sure Bullinger is a Marshals case but I get the concept at least lol.

Black is a good possibility, and I am not doubting you, but have they obtained a UFAP warrant, yet?
If he was added, it would be interesting, since there would be two fugitives on the list who were juveniles at the time of their crimes.

If Justin Smith ever has a UFAP warrant issued for him, I would add him to my list of contenders. He basically is accused of a crime similar to that of Philip Policarpio, who was on the list not long ago.

Good point in that I'm not sure if Black has a UFAP.

Don’t take my word for it but it may seem like the FBI is going to add a new Ten Most Wanted fugitive today as they haven’t updated the case of the week and it’s only around 8:30 am for me here on the west coast (where I’m at currently) so I’ll wait an hour or so to see what the FBI does.
In theory they should be making an addition by now as we’re basically nearing 1 year since Yaser Said’s capture and there’s a new episode of In Pursuit on August 18th, so perhaps an addition will coincide with the show.

I've been burned too many times but I'll remain cautiously optimistic lol.
The fugitive that I think will be the first case (which I don't want to reveal just yet) isn't on either the USMS list or the FBI website (although he is on our site), although I thought he was a USMS case and would likely be added to that list if anything. I guess we'll see though.

I guess we'll see though. It’s almost noon in the Los Angeles area and the case of the week still hasn’t been changed, which leads me to believe a few things here. 1). An addition will happen and likely be a fugitive from the Western United States 2). Congress just went on recess (usually it’s the first week of August, and perhaps important people in the FBI bureaucracy take recess as well… not 100% sure about this. 3). An addition will occur before next Thursday Honestly like I said, based on how long it took to replace Whitey and Osama in 2012, that right around now is when the FBI should in theory replace Yaser.

Off-topic but completely went past me you're on the west coast now and hope you're enjoying it. California is beautiful and I've always wanted an excuse to move there lol.
