He was first featured in 2007 although no longer listed on AMW.COM, he is still at large. Any thoughts on where he may be? UPDATE: It has now been five years and I have found no new articles online since our original posting. As far as I can tell, Lee is still at large as of this update (7/21/2018), since I could find nothing online to suggest otherwise. An article suggests he's a Chinese national, but he did have money and could be anywhere. The problem with locating Asian fugitives is besides abroad, there's so many American cities that have china towns or large Asian populations. New York and San Francisco are obviously the first cities you think of when you think of those, but he really could be anywhere.

All I can say is that he's likely in an Asian community in the Northeastern US, possibly the Toronto, Canada region or he fled back to China. If he fled back to China then it's near impossible to apprehend him (unless US authorities pull a Kenneth Freeman style of capture).

I can see him in Toronto, or in NYC, where besides Chinatown, the borough of Queens has a large Asian population, and lots of restaurants in the Flushing section (near where the Mets play) as well. He was last known to be a restaurant manager, which has me wondering if he's working at one again. (I'm getting flashbacks to the thirteen year-old boy that nabbed Raymond Pin now. That was an awesome capture, and I hope one is in the works for Lee as well)

Was totally not expecting this! This also may be the first time time in history a suspect was asked to take a breathalyzer for a reason other than appearing drunk.

According to the usms press release he was living in a town called diablo and this is ironic because he will be in a living hell when he will be serving his prison sentence good riddance to bad rubbish

According to the dailymail.com he was laying low kind of different from most fugitives he was living in a multi million dollar home and has lived in diablo California with a girlfriend who kind of similarly didn't know about his violent horrific past but Santini was living under an alias and was well known in his community but he also was crafty lee seems to be in that camp to be very cunning a master manipulator🤦
