This is more proof the FBI will have more success by being more recent in their additions from now on. (Although I maintain if they can capture one more long-timers they can take more risks). The Myloh Mason recent fugitive spot is now the Brenda Delgado spot.

The site hasn't listed her as captured yet and fbi and Mexican authorities are saying they'll hold a news conference. Leprinceton is the next guy more likely

We'll see. I'm actually hoping it will be Bhadkreshumar Patel but I'm looking forward to the press conference.

Here's an excerpt from their Facebook:
"Elements of the Criminal Investigation Agency began searching for relatives and friends who could help the fugitive in the states of San Luis Potosi, Nuevo Leon, State of Mexico and Mexico City.
In collaboration with US authorities, Delgado was located at an address in the city of Torreon, Coahuila.
Elements of the agency assigned to INTERPOL Mexico, are transfering her to Mexico City, where she will be detained in the prison of Santa Marta Acatitla, pending legal proceedings to be transferred to the United States of America."
(As I pointed out, she had to be getting help, and it seems sure enough they looked to where she could be helped.)

Well no news conference being streamed live unfortunately. Kumar I bet will be the next guy too. This is amazing news tonight, according to the Dallas reporter who covered Delgado said she will be extradited but god knows when that will be... As we saw with Jose Guevara they left him as at large for a while until he was extradited.

Letting her rot in a Mexican jail isn't the worst news.

Lol well that's true haha. Personally I thought Robert Fisher would go down tonight lol but either way Delgado's capture is just as great. This is the last time you'll get to see Brenda Delgado's at large photo before they add a caption.

The real reason why she was placed... Sorry I'm receiving the information through Twitter... One of the reporters in Dallas who has stayed on top of her case since day 1

That doesn't surprise me. Initial articles seemed to indicate as such and then it was "well, they sort of know but not exactly." lol.
Anyway, it should have never taken the entire top 10 list with Mexico knowing where she was, but I'm glad it did the trick.

This is really amazing news! Although we should ask ourselves, why should it take publicity like the top ten list to "motivate" Mexican law enforcement to arrest these fugitives. It is completely unfair to the victims and their families and for the officers who have spent so much manpower to locate them.

Well derekamw I'll say this, the Mexican Authorities think that since they aren't pressured from the states it's ok and to make matters worse Brenda Delgado was born in Mexico so they think of her as one of their own and will let her live free until being pressured by the states..but often times Mexican authorities will drag their feet (Also I should point out I have Mexican ancestors).. I'm just calling it out for what it is it's not getting political but you see the flaws and the amazing accomplishments combined so it's a 50/50 thing just like when the US deals with other countries in bringing back fugitives it isn't always perfect.

It is completely unfair to the victims and their families and for the officers who have spent so much manpower to locate them. Not only does it add insult to the victim's injury, but it gives the suspect some more opportunity to strike again. There are so many reasons for law enforcement to do their job, and it's a shame that not every country will cooperate readily to get justice and quell the threats. About Susan Hawk: I apologize in advance if her role is such that it's insensitive to ask this, but... Who is Susan Hawk? And if she's indeed a Dallasian prosecutor, how does she stand out from the others? Also, the forum is glitching. From the main page, this topic is showing up under both FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives Discussion and TV Captures, but it only shows up in the TV Captures sub-board.

Great news!! Glad to see the extra publicity did the trick of forcing Mexico to take action and get her off the streets. I agree with other that the FBI needs to stick with more recent crimes and criminals that actually have a chance of being caught instead of putting fugitives like William Bishop and Semion Mogilevich on the list.
