I dunno, a lot depends on when she's captured. If she's captured soon, the DA could decide to try the cases together. Or if she's not caught soon, they'd have no choice but to try the cases separately. (Of course, a Judge could decide to have the cases separately regardless).

Oh ok now it makes more sense... But yes possibly I'm thinking if she's located, her possible capture could go down exactly the same way as Mason's did back in January with a task force asking him to come out with his hands up but what scares me is if Brenda if she's gonna go down fighting because we don't know how she feels about this whole ordeal remember that, she must have been in a lot of pain which drove her to come up with this plan.

I think it's safe to assume any fugitive is armed and dangerous and could go down shooting even a female one but based on her alleged crime Delgado seems more like a person who has people do her dirty work for her.

Absolutely. Now the reason I say she may go down fighting is because she had people do her dirty work for her and facing down a capture... Well possibly she wouldn't want to be arrested... Now something that I said in my last comment was pain. We don't really know how this break up affected Delgado. Human emotions can work in some very weird and often scary ways. That's another reason I said Brenda may go down fighting.

It looks like toptenhunter's prediction was right as Brenda Delgado will be added to the FBI's top 10 list. (In fairness, she was my second most likely and I did say she had top 10 list potential so I deserve credit as well. The official announcement will not be until tomorrow and I assume that's when she'll move into the Top Ten section on their website. However, I'm moving Delgado's thread to the FBI Top Ten section anyway since it's pretty much a foregone conclusion she'll be added now. (Unless by some miracle she gets captured tomorrow) Delgado's alleged crime is so senseless, heartless, and unnecessary. So I hope this finally does her in. www.wfaa.com/news/crime/fbi-to-add-brenda-delgado-to-most-wanted-fugitives-list/121206409

P.S. For FBI Top 10 historians, Delgado will be the first female fugitive on the list since Shauntay Henderson in 2007. (I don't know how many females overall have been on the list though).

I happily look forward to Brenda Delgado being added tomorrow. I also have a feeling that the FBI has been looking at the lack of Top Ten Fugitives being caught in recent years and have decided to mainly be adding much more recent fugitives to the list. This would make much more efficient use of the MW List.

Definitely. So much about this selection makes sense too- as I mentioned before she's a female which stands out- although she actually is bad, sometimes the idea is to add a fugitive who would draw attention for some unique feature (like Eric Toth's mole) so I'd say seeing a female face on there would draw attention, and it seems authority have a general inkling of where she may hide out in Mexico but just need to narrow down the search. What better than the publicity of the top 10 list to narrow down the search. I hope her stay on the list is a short one, if not, then I hope The Hunt profiles her this summer. This is, with the exception of breaking news, one of the most criteria fitting selections I've seen in a while when it comes to checking all three boxes. (Unique aspect to help with tips, seriousness of crime, likelihood fugitive fled to another country and could use international reach of list). Doesn't mean they'll catch her (but I hope they do soon!), but the selection at least is excellent in my opinion.

Scumhunter I'll this it wasnt just my prediction it was our joint prediction that was right. This a very unique way in how they are adding Delgado, they are adding her before hand but it's official it's Mason's last day before the replacement. ☺️ Brenda Delgado is the 506th fugitive on the list . I'm happy Delgado is being added Words can't describe how I'm feeling and my apologies if I'm exaggerating. In a way I see a tactic that the FBI is giving Delgado one final chance to surrender before being added to the big league list IMO

It's on the FBI site on how many females have been added lol Wikipedia never really gets updated quickly. But this is a victory for everyone... Adding this heartless fugitive.

I'd like to know exactly what Brenda was thinking would happen by allegedly murdering her romantic rival. "You know Brenda, I know I left you for someone else, but now that I see you're a jealous and murderous psychopath, you really made me put things in perspective, let's get back together and live happily ever after."?
I remember when I was younger and I would get really upset if a girl didn't like me. To be honest while rejection still is always disappointing, one thing I realized as I got older was there were plenty of fish in the sea and now if I go on a date or something and the girl doesn't reply back to me or rejects another date, oh well, disappointing, but she's one of many. On to the next one. Brenda couldn't just move on, date someone else, like any other normal person. He was one guy who dumped her. Go cry to a friend and take a bubble bath and get over it. Nope, she had to allegedly murder her romantic rival like that would solve things.
I mean there was really absolutely nothing she could have gotten accomplished by what she did, and what makes Dr. Hatcher's murder so tragic is how unnecessary it was.

I agree with that Scumhunter and a bit off topic but I'm just starting to realize there's other fish in the sea.. But back to Delgado, her jealousy forever her to allegedly commit a horrible crime, she held the pain in the way no human should.. That is the wrong way to deal with pain by killing an ex's lover and also her being very upset and depressed while on the run, you never know whether she's going to kill herself upon capture because of those feelings... I know any fugitive armed and dangerous will go down fighting but this one with her possible heartbreak and depression, as a result it could end in a deadly shootout, kill herself upon capture in order to not want to be taken alive or she'll give herself up. I know it seems sad but it's true this case could end in many different ways.

Brenda Delgado will soon be one of the ten most wanted fugitives in America so of course she should be considered armed and dangerous and anyone male or female needs to alert the FBI and not try to apprehend her themselves. At the same time, I fear more if someone else is in the apartment, house etc. she's staying in since as I said before she has others do her alleged dirty work and she doesn't get her hands dirty herself. Especially if she really has ties to Mexican drug cartels. (I doubted it at first but authorities seem to think the claims are legitimate- and they obviously know more than I do.)
