Hopefully rcq will join him in us custody quintero I believe they worked with each other during the early days of the Mexican drug war during the late 80s early 90s the original drug lords including Joaquin Guzman Rafael caro quintero and Ismael zambada Garcia El Azul and another guy named Hector palomino I am very proud of the dogged determination that both the improvement of the current Mexican government compared to the last one is a massive improvement in terms of cooperation is outstanding and even though Merrick Garland and myself don't see eye to eye on everything I am very impressed with Garland when it comes to combatting organized crime I know that people say the oh the drug problem is for people who are of lower status or not my problem but Garcia not only succeeded El Chapo but he has never spent a day in jail the Sinaloa cartel is one of the main organizations that have led to a huge number of peoples deaths all over the country particularly in towns like mine I live in western north Carolina and they are about 4 drug billboards in my town we have a few murders a year drunk drivers especially with the new casino and mostly narcotics trade crimes when I was in high school I took forensics we had several guest speakers and it was a great honor to hear him he told me that we are at a nexus from three drug routes number one Atlanta number 2 Chattanooga and 3 Asheville and we also have a few transplanted gangsters mostly bloods and Crips and several others but thank you Mr Garland I have a new level of respect and also I like the fact that he can see both sides of the coin and he's a independent

Pleasant coincidence that a fugitive placed on John Walsh's Top 10 Fugitives a second time in '004 got captured this past spring, and the very same summer, the fugitive who, using Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman-Loera as a precedent, should've had her place on that list, finally got captured. Two Double-O-Four only has a small handful of leftover AMW fugitives in general left whether or not they made Walsh's year-end list, namely Timothy James Marino, Marco Antonio Camacho, William Ray "Bubba" Plemons, and Jose "Chewy" Macedo-Avellaneda.

Hypothetically is there anything that zambada could do to try to do about getting his case thrown out I don't want him to do this but I'm just saying this on pure theoretical basis I mean I don't think it will happen but I should probably explain while I am posting this he is a Mexican national and the Mexican government wasn't aware of his apprehension however he was lured by Guzman son so it's not like we just crossed the border and brought him back to the US if someone has any information on this please let me know

Strangely the Mexican government is considering treason charges against Guzman's son and whoever else was involved in handing over El mayo but this is mind boggling the US wasn't involved at all and no charges are coming against us but why the hell would they charge them with treason I understand maybe kidnapping and others but El mayo was responsible for not only drug trafficking and importing narcotics to states like Texas California Illinois and New York but like. Guzman before him Garcia has a ocean of blood on his hands like Guzman he has left a trail of carnage and devastation in not only in the US but as all over the globe Mexico should be grateful not full of rage and demanding treason charges on Guzman and his cohorts they will be punished to the fullest extent of the law and they will if convicted will spend lengthy sentences in us custody CBS news is a very good source but there are several articles that touch on this and fortunately us law enforcement was not involved so Guzman and Garcia should be able to stand trial without any technicality nonsense

El mayo will for the moment will not be sent to new York to stand trial a federal judge in Austin Texas said this because of the initial charges were in the western district of Texas El Paso looks like it will be trying so it looks like the drug trial of one of the most notorious drug lords on par with the level of notorioty of El Chapo hopefully Garcia will join him in custody kxan is My source I actually am a huge fan of federal court history and I can't remember a federal trial of this level of drug lord In terms of location I mean I have seen it in Chicago los Angeles New York Boston and Washington you get the idea I am definitely going to stream the trial

Well I am hoping the jurisdiction game of musical chairs is over as Garcia has opted to be tried in new York city as opposed to El paso and will be transferred to court proceedings in new York however he still will have to face to his criminal enterprise charges including drug trafficking murder and other offenses in El paso Chicago and Washington CBS news is my source

I am sure it will be a spectacle when it comes to escorting Garcia like it was with Guzman back in 2019 to the courthouse

Garcia has been transported to New York from El paso and is facing a 17 count indictment including murder and narcotics charges he has pleaded not guilty and is in federal custody and is being housed in most likely in the Brooklyn mdc since the new York one is still being renovated
