Port Lavaca, TX police say that on November 24, 2002, Roberto Ollervidez brutally raped his seven-year-old stepdaughter. After dropping the victim's mother off at work, Ollervidez allegedly returned to the residence and led the girl into the home after instructing two other children to remain in the car. Police believe that this is when the girl was led into the bedroom and raped.
The victim's mother alerted police immediately and told them when she confronted Ollervidez about the allegations, his response was he "cannot deny it." However, before police could apprehend Ollervidez, he packed several belongings and fled. He has family in West Palm Beach, Florida and Mexico, and may be hiding out in these areas.
Thoughts? The above was from the old AMW archives. He was aired on the August 23rd, 2003 episode of America's Most Wanted as a commercial break case. As far as I can tell, he is still at large as of this posting date. (9/13/2015).
