(Above photo credit: Fox 6 Milwaukee) MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 36-year-old Rose Prescott. They say Prescott likely has a one-and-a-half year old child with her. Prescott hasn't seen her parole officer since November. She's required to meet with her parole officer as part of her criminal sentence for child neglect which resulted in two infant deaths. In April 2008, Milwaukee police responded to Prescott's home at 24th and Burleigh for a co-sleeping death. Police say Prescott admitted to having a drink and sleeping with her baby on a mattress. The baby was two months old. In March 2009, police were called again to Prescott's home at 29th and Chambers. Her baby had suffocated while sleeping on a couch. She was just six days old. U.S. Marshals say Prescott was intoxicated when she picked her kids up from daycare that night. U.S. Marshals say Prescott has an alcohol problem and is likely on Milwaukee's north side. They say it's possible she's with her baby's father, Eric Brown. U.S. Marshals say their top concern is the safety of her child. Prescott is 5'6'' and weighs 180 pounds. She has RIP tattoos on her upper right and left arms with the names of her deceased babies. She also has a tattoo of 'Toby Rose' on her right forearm in the shape of a cross. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call U.S. Marshals at 414-297-3707.fox6now.com/2015/09/11/u-s-marshals-looking-for-rose-prescott-say-her-child-may-be-in-danger/www.jsonline.com/news/crime/97188224.html Admin Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

Thoughts? Decided to add this as a breaking news case because of the missing child involved.
For those wondering, I unfortunately can't find any information on the name or a picture of Rose's child or Eric Brown, which could help with information. Anyone with additional info, please send it to our contact form at the bottom of the original post.
Also, apparently the original sentence was going to be 25 years in prison. Prosecutors joined with Prescott's attorney in recommending 10 years of probation and a stayed prison term, noting her cooperation, remorse and rehabilitation since entering a drug rehabilitation center in 2010.
In a rare case of the Judge not being the idiot (usually it's the Judge who gives too lenient sentences or lets someone out too early), he disagreed and said she deserved prison time. However, while not said in the article, I believe the Judge's hands were tied in this case since the deal was already made.
I also am wondering what she was doing with another kid, and once again I have to assume by law there was nothing to stop her from giving the baby up once she had given birth to it. There's obviously a lot of questions as to what happens if and hopefully when Rose and her baby are located, but let's focus on locating them for the time being and making sure that baby is safe.

I looked this case up, hoping there was some type of update but sadly Rose is still at large, otherwise the Milwaukee news station would have mentioned she's been caught. I fear what has since happened to her children with no further information since last year.

Just a note that the Fox Milwaukee article now states that it is an archived article and the information may now be outdated. Which means if Prescott is/was located, the article might not mention it (I have seen fugitives captured from the Fox Milwaukee articles not mentioned on the site.)
When I looked up the Wisconsin criminal court records, all I could find was something about a paternity test in December of 2014 in regards to Prescott and Eric Brown, but it doesn't say whether she showed up or not.
If anyone has any proof of a resolution in this case, please feel free to contact our news form.
