Ok cool they have a photo in Florida warrants search so I feel that's enough for me to make a profile when I get a chance. I don't get why he got such a short prison sentence(sans a plea deal at the victim's request) for the hit and run he did. Especially given his history which suggested no way in heck was he going to stay on the straight and narrow for ten years. |

Wanted to do some more updates on AMW Captures that I found.
AMW Capture #230 - Arvis Michael Sexton - Wanted out of North Carolina for the murder of his girlfriend and her brother,AMW viewers would bust him in Jacksonville,FL in Oct of 92.
He would be sentenced to life in prison which is where he died on 9/28/19.
AMW Capture #238 - Jesus Delgado - Delgado was wanted out of Florida for the brutal murder of a couple whose's dry cleaning business he had bought.
After he virtually ruined the business,the couple demanded to buy it back and he murdered them in response.
AMW viewers would bust him in Dec of 1992 and he would be sentenced to death twice.
On January 5th,2013,he carried that death sentence out himself by committing suicide in his prison cell.
AMW Capture #246 - Daniel Kaple - Wanted out of GA for the murder of his fiance,Kaple would be nailed in Alabama and returned to GA where he was given a life sentence,which he served until his death from MS in 2009.
AMW Capture #247 - William White Graham - Wanted for his part in a botched bank robbery which would end up with three people being killed and two others injured.
After more then two decades on the run,pressure from AMW forced him to surrender.
He was sentenced to 21 years in federal prison and was released in 2014.
AMW Capture 289 - Robert Joseph Moody - Wanted out of Tuscon,AZ for killing two women.
Moody would be found guilty and sentenced to death but would have his first guilty verdict and sentence thrown out.
He would be found guilty again and again sentenced to death but his death sentence would be thrown out by a Supreme Court ruling that stated only juries could sentence someone to death,not judges.
He would be resentenced to LWOP and would serve that sentence until his death on Oct.27th,2019.

More capture updates
AMW Capture #408 - Sarajini Lalla LeVine - Wanted out of Texas for purposefully setting a fire that killed her 12 year old daughter in order to collect insurance money.
She would be busted in TX in March of 96 and would be sentenced to 40 years for the killing of her daughter plus an addition 10 years for license fraud and theft that she committed while out on bail.
Her first shot at parole was in 2009 was denied and it's unlikely that she will be released from prison before her sentence expiration date of 2045,at which point she'll be 98 years old.
AMW Capture #412 - Jerome Frierson-Bey - A prison escapee wanted for his role in numerous bank robberies and a kidnapping.
Originally sentenced to more then a century in prison,his sentence was reduced to 20 years and he was released in 2016.
AMW Capture #419 - Gregory LaMar Blackmon - Wanted out of Florida for escaping police custody after he was arrested for robbing a diner.
AMW viewers would catch him in May of 96 and he would be sentenced to a total of about 14 years in prison.
He would be released in January of 2009 but wouldn't stay out of trouble again,as he committed an armed robbery only a few months after his release in August of 2009.
This time,the courts said enough was enough and sentenced him to life in prison.
AMW Capture #434 - Noble Cunningham - The only AMW bad guy to be featured for crimes against the environment,Cunningham would be busted in Ohio and sentenced to a little over three years in federal prison and would be released on Nov 29,2000.
Amw Capture #440 - Asa King - Wanted for escaping from prison in NJ in 1995 where he was serving a life sentence.
After being busted in Dec of 96,King would go down spitting at the camera crew before being returned to NJ to serve his sentnece.
He is eligible for release in 2021 but with the escape on his record and his actions afterwards,unlikely that he'll get it.
AMW Capture #551 - Eric Stein - Wanted out of NV for stealing hundred of thousands of dollars in an investment scam in Nevada.
He would be sentenced to over a decade in prison but wouldn't stay out of trouble for long.
He would get arrested in 2012 for pulling a similar scam and would be sentenced to 63 months in prison.
He was released in 2016 but how long he'll stay out of trouble is anyone's guess.

More Capture updates
AMW Capture 3 - Paul Steven Mack - Wanted out of CA for the rape and murder of a CA beauty queen and for a similar murder out of Ohio.
He would be busted in Utah in May of 88 and was sentenced to 25 years to life in a California prison.
In 2017 an article described him being held at the California Health Care Facility due to his declining health.
In CA,once an inmate is released via parole or death,they are no longer listed as active inmates.
If one goes to the CA corrections site and types his name in,he is no longer listed as an inmate where he had been prior to 2018.
Given the fact he isn't listed on any sex offender websites which he certainly would have been required to do poor health or not,it's safe to conclude the health issues that caused him to end up at the CHCF prison ended up taking his life.
Good riddance.
AMW Capture #602 - Luther Rickman - Wanted out of GA for the murder of his girlfriend,Rickman would surrender in TX after being shown on AMW.
He would be sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole.
AMW Capture #603 - Delvin Terry Groat - Wanted out of Washington for the rape of two young girls,Groat would be arrested after his profile aired in March of 2000.
He served 17 years in prison before being released in 2017 and is now a registered sex offender for life.
AMW Capture # 641 - Terrance Shernard "Dirty" McCray - Wanted out of Florida for a Christmas day shooting in which he killed one man and injured another.
After AMW viewers caught him in June of 2001,he would plead guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to 11 and a half years in prison.
He was released in 2011 and is on parole until the end of 2020.
AMW Capture #663 - James Godfrey Jr - Wanted out of North Carolina for the murder and rape of a 22 year old woman.
Godfrey would be arrested in Maryland and in 2000 was sentenced to life without parole which means he will die in a North Carolina prison.

Thanks for all the updates! You're welcome. I'll be keeping an eye on some of the early captures given the fact that as time goes on,more and more of the captures from the late 80's,early 90's that haven't already been released from prison will be,by death or expiration of their sentences,so I expect I and others will be having more updates as the year goes along. |

Some more updates.
Side note on captures I'll be doing from CA,TX etc.
I'm assuming some of the names I'll be doing are dead given the fact that the crimes they were charged with would certainly put them on sex offender lists like other AMW captures that have been released are and the fact they aren't points to them not being alive as the reason why.
Also, some of them that were sentenced to LWOP no longer show up on inmate databases for the states they were imprisoned in unlike other AMW Captures,which means they died,as that is the only way a lifer is removed from the prison roster.
AMW Capture #97 - James Noel - A paroled rapist wanted out of California for the 1989 murder of 18 year old Wendy Tarr, a friend of Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.
He would turn himself in February of 1990 and was sentenced to life without parole in prison. He would pass away of natural causes there.
AMW Capture #100 - Segundo Matias - AMW's 100th capture,Matias was wanted for the murder of his ex-girlfriend Lee Ann Kauhane, a popular supermodel who got caught up in his drug business and ended up being killed by him when she broke up with him in order to get her life back on track.
AMW tipsters would bust him in March of 1990 in LA and he would be returned to Hawaii where he was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole for second degree murder.
It's unclear when it was granted but Hawaii prison records show he is now out of prison on parole.
One can only hope he is a less of a danger now then he was in 1988.
AMW Capture #132 - Thomas Ludd Findley - Wanted for the 1990 murder of a woman he had been boarding with after she kicked him out of her house.
AMW viewers would bust him in Florida in Dec of 1990 and he was returned to South Carolina where he plead guilty and was sentenced to life in prison,which is where he died per prison records(not sure when.)
AMW Capture #275 - David Connell Cox - In 1981 a 14 year old teen runaway named Naomi McMahill was murdered in Oregon.
When AMW profiled her case,they had no clue who her killer was but AMW tipsters would lead police to a man named David Cox and although he was driving a van for the disabled and had hearing aids, a wheelchair and crutches, a videotape provided to police by a neighbor proved he was faking it,as the video shows Cox freely standing and moving around while washing his van,with his wheelchair and crutches no where in sight in the ten minute video.
He would be found guilty of Naomi's murder despite his act and was sentenced to life in prison.
He might have been faking his disability but one thing he didn't fake was his death in prison in the winter of 2011.
AMW Capture - #373 - Francis P "Cadillac Frank" Salemme Sr - Infamous mob hitman and head of the Patriarca crime family,Salemme would go on the run after Boston police charged him with numerous offenses.
He would only serve a couple of years after AMW viewers busted him but in 2016,he would be arrested for one of the murders he was suspected of committing in the early 90's and would be found guilty.
He is now serving life in prison.

AMW Capture #648 - Lee Thomas Bjorn - Wanted out of Watsonville,CA for child molestation,Bjorn would be busted by a 13 year old AMW viewer in the same city in January of 2001.
He was sentenced to 14 years in prison and was released in 2015 with lifetime placement on the sex offender registry.
AMW Capture #727 - Angel Manuel Rivera - Wanted out of CA for the 1991 triple murders of three of his tenants as well as the 1999 murder of his cousin's sister,whom he had been dating for a short time.
AMW viewers would bust him in November of 2002 and when the cops came knocking on his door,he attempted suicide with an overdose of pills.
It failed and he was returned to CA where he was found guilty of the three murders and was sentenced to LWOP.
He was also found guilty of the murder of his cousin's sister in IL and was given additional prison time.
AMW Capture #757 - Larry Yarbrough - Wanted out of Oklahoma for the murder of a bingo hall security guard,AMW viewers would bust him in Detroit and he was returned to Oklahoma where he was given a 50 year sentence.
AMW Capture #809 - Matthew "Doughboy"Glover - Wanted out of Minnesota for trying to kill a woman who refused to join his call girl ring.
After AMW aired his profile in Sept of 2004,he would surrender and plead guilty to attempted homicide.
He was sentenced to 15 years in prison and was released from prison in 2018.
AMW Capture #828 - Stephanie Harris Meares - Wanted out of North Carolina for the 2004 murder of her boyfriend.
She would turn herself in February of 2005 after seeing herself on AMW.
She was sentenced to 12 to 14 years in prison and was released from custody on July 2,2014.

AMW Capture - #195 - Florencia A. Gooding - Gooding was wanted out CT and CA for setting fire to houses to cover up real estate fraud.
The most disturbing part of her crimes was that in a couple of cases with the fires she set,there were people inside the houses at the time and it was a miracle no one was killed.
After her arrest,she would be sent back to CT where she was sentenced to 13 years in prison and five years probation.
She served her time and has stayed out of further trouble.
AMW Capture - #198 - Neil Wilson Wilding - Wanted for the 1988 rape and murder of a woman in Florida.
Viewer tips would lead police to Oklahoma where he was arrested in March of 92.
Originally sentenced to death,his death sentence and guilty verdict would be thrown out.
He would be found guilty in a retrial and was spared a death sentence but will spend the rest of his life in prison as he should.
AMW Capture - #787 - William Dean Phillips - Wanted for the June 2003 murder of his girlfriend,Phillips would be arrested in April of 2004 in Tukwila,Wash after being recognized by people he was staying at the hotel with as well as a clerk and a police officer who beat covered hotel he was staying at.
He would be returned to Oklahoma where he was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.
AMW Capture #915 - Gary Lee St.John - Wanted out of NV for assaulting a six year old girl and then fleeing on bail.
He would get busted by an hospital worker in Louisiana who noticed he was using a fake name when he checked in to get treatment.
She did some digging,saw his profile on amw.com and called police.
He would be sent back to NV where he was sentenced to 24 years in prison.
As America's Most Wanted and media reports at the time made clear,he was in poor health and was unlikely to serve his full prison term.
And sure enough,if you look at Nevada prison records,you will indeed see he is no longer alive.
One less predator people have to worry about.
AMW Capture #1,008 - Frank Signaoff - Wanted out of California for the 2007 firebombing of a rival gypsy business that resulted in the death of 57 year old Rose Marco.
Signaoff would turn himself in after seeing himself on AMW.com in May of 08.
At trial he was originally sentenced to death but upon appeal,it was set aside(not sure why.)
He would plead guilty to reduced charges and is eligible to get out of prison in 2024 via parole.
AMW Capture #1020 - Daniel Carlos Medina - Wanted out of Florida for shooting three men in an argument over unpaid rent money.
He would be busted in 2008 in Louisiana after bragging about his appearance on AMW.com.
He would be sent back to Florida but in January of 2009,the charges would be dropped and he is now a free man.
AMW Capture # 1026 - the 2008 50/50 fugitive for Wisconsin,Vang was wanted for a shooting that injured three people.
Amw viewers would bust him in CA and he was sentenced to 14 years in prison.
He has served that time and is now on parole until 2022.

Update time
AMW Capture #30 - Richard Toshishige Yoshino - Wanted out of Hawaii for escaping custody in 1974 after he took part in the murder of two fellow inmates.
He would be busted in Nov of 88 in CA and sent back to Hawaii where he died in prison in 1995.
AMW Capture #37 - Harold Hummel - A convicted murderer wanted out of Arizona for several bank robberies.
He would be busted in Dec of 88 and sentenced to 100 years in prison.
AMW Capture #39 - Rudy Mike Blanusa - In October of 86,two brothers accused of him robbing their house and he murdered them in response.
He would be busted in July of 1989 and sent back to California where he was given life without parole.
After several parole denials,he was finally approved in and in December of 2017,he walked out of prison a free man.
As with other AMW bad guys and gals that have been released after lengthy prison terms,one can only hope that in his 60's,he isn't as dangerous as he was when he was younger.
AMW Capture #49 - Michael Douglas Taylor - In CA,he murdered a jeweler during a robbery then escaped,rape and tried to murder a woman then went on a robbery spree of gas stations,shoe stores and jewelry stores.
He would be busted in South Dakota and sent back to CA.
In July of 2015 at his first parole hearing,he complained that he was no Charles Manson and didn't deserve to be locked up for the rest of his life.
The parole board thought otherwise and denied him parole,with his next chance being in 2030 when he will be 78 years old.
IMO,this is someone who be dangerous no matter his age and deserves to die behind bars.
AMW Capture #56 - Thomas Dixon - Wanted for the murder of his ex-wife in Alabama in 1987 after arguing with her over custody of their son.
He would be recognized in Alvin, Texas by the tattoos on his arm by a woman whom he was cutting carpets for.
He would be sent back to Alabama and sentenced to life with parole.
He will be eligible for release in 2025 when he is 72 years old.
AMW Capture #184 - Stanley Beatty - Wanted out of Sacramento,California for shooting and killing a college football star he had a previous argument with.
Three others would be wounded.
Beatty would flee but after his relatives saw him profiled on the show,urged him to turn himself in which he did in Dec of 1991.
He would be returned to California where he plead guilty to manslaughter and was given 14 years in prison.
He would serve his time and is now out.
The victim's mother has since passed away but she and others friends of the victim including his coach said the system failed them and it's hard to argue that given what he got.

It wasn't easy,I had to dig through South Carolina prison release records(not easy) to find it. It doesn't say when he died,just that he did. Also,the records of his case show he was sentenced to LWOP to ensure he wouldn't get the death penalty. Only one way you leave prison sans a commutation if that's the case. |

True! That was such a weird case, too. If I recall from his FJ profile, he was a loner that befriended this widower who (I think) was his neighbor and he started putting the moves on her, but she wasn't interested, and told him she didn't want to get married, which is what set him off. What's weird is that the guy had no criminal record at all, and he had never had a drop of alcohol in his life. He just snapped.

What's weird is that the guy had no criminal record at all, and he had never had a drop of alcohol in his life. He just snapped. From what I remembered of the case,it sounded like he thought this neighbor was his one chance at happiness and when she said no,he snapped as you said. In a way,his case was scarier then some of the other cases AMW has shown over the years because he never showed any signs he was capable of doing what he did. Just goes to show you never know. |

More updates.
AMW Capture #60 - Kendall Quinn Northern - A teenage runaway who took part in the robbery of a cab driver in which the driver was shot to death in 1980.
He would be tried as an adult,found guilty and sentenced to five years to life.
He would escape in October of 88 and AMW viewers would bust him July of 89 but remarkably,he would only serve two more years behind bars before being released from prison on parole in 1991.
That is most likely due to the fact he wasn't the actual shooter but one would have thought his escape would have ensured his time in prison was longer then it was.
He hasn't gotten into further trouble from what I've seen which is all you can hope for when some of these folks are released.
AMW Capture #106 - Gandhi Guzman - A Cali Cartel enforcer wanted out of New York City for killing two women and the wounding of four police officers,Guzman would be busted in Miami and sent back to NY where he was sentenced to two life terms,with his earliest chance of release being in 2067.
AMW Capture #148 - Virgilio Paz Romero - A hitman for the Chilean government in 1976,Romero was part of a bombing that killed two people including an ambassador.
He would flee to Florida where he was running a landscaping business.
When AMW viewers busted him in April of 91,he would get into a shootout with police.
He would be sent back to D.C. and was given 12 years in prison but only served six years.
He would be continued to be held beyond that while the government tried to deport him back to Cuba but Cuban exiles fought that and he eventually was released from custody in 2001.
In 2015,the Chilean government asked for the U.S. to extradite him to Chile for crimes he was alleged to have committed there but it hasn't been granted and he continues to stay a free man.
AMW Capture #161 - Carl Anthony Terry - Originally condemned to death in the 1960's for murder.
After somehow getting admitted into programs he shouldn't have and a lesser security measure,he would use that to escape from prison and go on a killing rampage,killing three more people and wounding one more.
After being busted in California in 1991,he would be sent back to Missouri where he was sentenced to life in prison.
He would die there in 2012 of a massive heart attack.
