I mean no disrespect to law enforcement but the one thing they could improve upon since I started this forum 12 years ago is finding bodies of fugitives. Half the time it’s a citizen that finds the body such as in this case. I get that it’s an err on the side of caution thing, for public safety they have to assume the fugitive is still alive, but I feel they miss certain areas and clues as a result of doing so.
