Oscar Benitez-Patino is wanted in connection with the vehicular homicide of 21-year old Juvenal Martinez. Oscar was driving while intoxicated when he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle rolled over, and Juvenal who was the passenger was killed.
Oscar took a plea deal according to Travis County's court records database. He failed to appear for his sentencing in 2019 and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Thoughts? As of today, July 7, 2024, Oscar has an active warrant, according to Travis County's court records database. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for him.
I hope that Juvenal's family will get justice and accountability by Oscar serving his sentence.
