EUNICE, La. (KADN) — St. Landry Parish Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help to find a suspected killer.
Det. Calvin Tidwell with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office said Daylon Rainville, 18, of Eunice, is wanted for the shooting that claimed the life of Roy “Tray” Guillory Jr., 19, also of Eunice.
Investigators said deputies were called to 513 LA 757 in Eunice on April 8 after receiving reports of a shooting.
They added Guillory and a dog were found shot to death in the home.
Det. Tidwell said an arrest warrant was issued for Rainville for second-degree murder and aggravated cruelty to animals.
He is described as 5’ 7” and 170 pounds.
Det. Tidwell added it is believed that Rainville has left the area.

Thoughts? As of today’s posting date (May 11th, 2024), there is still a posting on the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office’s Facebook page asking for information on Rainville’s whereabouts that is yet to be edited or updated with any news of a capture.
