Well stated Davis is looking at a stiff punishment in the Florida department of corrections but given how violent and the barbaric savagery it should have never happened but it said in a article that when he fled Ontario province in Canada that he "linked" up with a gang maybe the us set because I think he may have been associated with organized crime because of the pretending to be a police officer and kidnapped a innocent woman and presumably killed her I would say the Miami Dade da will sek the death penalty

I believe I read the death penalty is being sought. My main concern if he ever comes clean on what exactly happened to Elnaz Hajtamiri.

I am not sure he will do it but I hope he does but I am a realist guys like Davis don't care about anything but themselves but maybe one of the accomplices will work out a deal with the Canadian crown prosecutors and reveal what they did with her body so she can be given a proper burial like she deserves but at least Lowell grissom can rest easier knowing the fact that Davis is no longer a threat to his community or the good people of Miami Dade county ever again grissom by all accounts was a very easy going dude and very hardworking and likeable usually in a sad fact that sometimes when people are murdered if they are involved with say the drug trade rival gangs or prostitution the media and general public like headmarshal and scumhunter have said numerous times dehumanizes the victims and make there deaths less tragic whenever someone is murdered they always have a impact on someone not all family is blood hell I don't talk with my family in Florida on my mother or father's side they didn't understand my problems but I have a good support system It pains me to see the families of people who have been murdered in anyway get hurt or killed and as a country we should stop doing that it is the laws responsibility that as a society we should follow and they and someone who violates it well they should be held accountable in a court of law ok I'm going to quote Gerald Ford here "we are a country of laws not of men" it means we should follow the law and people who violate said law should be tried in a court of law and not of public opinion
