In all honesty the boys will probably never be found. They would have said something by now I think. I Wonder how he got the tip that they were looking for him. Apparently he kept the boys away from school so I Wonder what they are doing today. However him burning down the house shows that he is ready to do anything to people that are trying to find him. Should he be added to the top 10 list ? I don't think he is a threat to the public and it has been such a long time since this has happened that it probably won't make a difference. He has had decades to go on the run and is living in a place where the authorities can't get to him. He might have moved to a different country where it will be hard to extradite him but who knows. What do you think?

Although you never know parental kidnapping suspects are usually not added to the top ten list unless wanted for an additional serious crime such as murder etc... so imo it is a moot point to discuss that possibility anyway
I pretty much said what I think- regardless of what did or didn't happen to Charles, the boys may simply not know they were ever abducted.
