Tashawnda Nicole Drayton is wanted on charges that include first-degree murder and aggravated malicious wounding, the City of Franklin Virginia Police Department said late Wednesday. "This a very sad day for the City of Franklin," Chief Steve Patterson said in a statement posted on social media. "Any loss of life is unwarranted but for a 10-year-old to be the victim of violent crime is unacceptable and we as a community must come together and end this senselessness." Drayton was allegedly one of four suspects who arrived at a home on Artis Street and had an "altercation" with a man there, police said. As it escalated, Drayton allegedly drew a firearm and shot both a 37-year-old man and a 10-year-old boy at the home, police said. A relative carried the young victim to a different house, where emergency responders found him, investigators said. He later died at the hospital, police said. The man who had been shot was flown to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, police said. He was treated and later released. Police described Drayton as a Black woman with black hair and brown eyes. Also I'm not saying this to be funny but based on the photos, I feel Drayton could in theory be mistaken for a man. I feel it might be a good clue tipwise.

Back in the spring of '002, a wanted stalker named Nelson Strickland was an aspiring gospel singer, and AMW thwarted his record deal plans when they busted him as Capture #705. Unless Drayton already has a record deal which I haven't heard about, she could be planning one, and while our society has social media to expose suspects in crimes this heinous before they can make it big, we don't have America's Most Wanted or any show that's as good at tracking down fugitives with tasks like these as its forte, even if network television still had any of the potential to catch fugitives that it did back in '988.

We now know the boy's name in this case is La'Marj Holden. Both the Marshals and La'Marj's grandmother believe Tashwanda's family are helping her stay hidden. All I have to say to that is that I hope anyone potentially helping Drayton know that they can be charged as well, and that anyone who knows where Drayton is I hope realize there's a sweet and innocent 10-year-old boy on their conscience and needs to do the right thing. www.wavy.com/news/local-news/u-s-marshals-family-close-associates-helping-franklin-murder-suspect-on-lam/ |

Drayton according to the us marshals is believed to may have fled the state and the reward has been increased but she's unfortunately at large as of August 29th the article didn't state which state but she could still be in the Hampton roads area

As of today’s posting date (November 30th, 2023), there are still postings on the Franklin Police Departmen’s Facebook page asking for information on Drayton’s whereabouts. Besides that I feel this is a high profile case that would make news if Drayton was captured. Also there are postings from someone claiming to be a cousin that Drayton is or was transitioning to be a male which would explain the androgynous appearance. I want to stress Drayton is a monster for what they allegedly did and not their race orientation gender identification etc… but it still may be an important clue (although verifying random Facebook poster claims is never an exact science). m.facebook.com/story.php/?id=100064792686304&story_fbid=678879664281784 |

Im surprised she hasn't been caught yet as child killers aren't usually respected on the streets and I'm wondering if she could have been the victim of street justice but at this point I'm just theorizing but I'm kind of thinking she is either in the Hampton roads area or in another major Metropolitan area such as new York city or Boston or Philadelphia or south like in Atlanta Tampa or Miami

The reward is up to 20 grand she has ties to new York city Delaware Atlanta Georgia and Gaffney south Carolina and Richmond Virginia so I was right about her possibly being in new York city and Atlanta Georgia and as stated before she has ties to the hampton roads area of coastal virginia she maybe hiding in plain sight

I swear it is only a slight coincidence it happened on the same day but I had been planning on making Drayton my #1 Most Wanted fugitive of 2023 (ironically after having no female fugitves ever make #1 on my lists- Aracely Medina last year and now Drayton make two in a row- even if it is now confirmed Drayton may also identify as male) but I wanted 100 percent confirmation that she was still at large. With the confirmation as well the increased reward, the timing was right to finally do my 2023 most wanted list and put this allegedly terrible person who allegedly shot a 10-year-old boy INTENTIONALLY for no damn good reason to death on the front page for the rest of the year and hopefully even shorter.
Drayton will remain pinned to the top of this section until the end of the year and/or until she's caught.

This case still needs to be solved I do think it would be wise to put her on the usms 15 list I mean there is still two spots available with Joshua smiley and Anthony ojeda being apprehended Drayton if recall correctly has ties all the way down the eastern seaboard from Atlanta Georgia to new York city not to mention Philadelphia other cities in Virginia and as scumhunter put it she could be passing herself off as a man but I feel for the victims family they lost there child while he was just minding his own business and sitting on a porch with his family when this alleged miserable pathetic wretch gunned down the victim in broad daylight in front of dozens of people side note the hampton roads area has a very large population close to two million people and this includes a part of North Carolina but back on topic this a hole needs to pay and she's probably getting help to stay on the run we just need to remain vigilant and positive after all Donald Santini and Corey Gaston didn't get caught overnight but Patience and diligence paid off Drayton its your turn next
