Enrique Toledo is accused of killing his wife at their home on Freeland Drive in Valrico on July 3, 2022. After posting $150,000 bail, he was released from jail with an electronic monitoring device. Toledo cut off the ankle monitor and fled. On December 15, 2022 an arrest warrant was issued for Toledo.
