Charles Turk is wanted for the homicide of 33-year old Robert Jones. A document found in PACER mentions that Charles and Robert were neighbours and were involved with drugs. Charles allegedly shot Robert to death and dumped his body on a golf course.
Charles was officially charged with murder and tampering with evidence in 2011. Charles was additionally charged with Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution by the FBI in 2014. It was believed that Charles was living under an alias in either Texas or Louisiana.

The FBI is definitely welcome to publicize this fugitive on their website. It would be a nice change and quite honestly, a more relevant fugitive case than the criminal enterprise investigation fugitives they've focused on recently.
