From foxbaltimore.com:
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The US Marshals Service needs your help finding a fugitive wanted on federal attempted murder charges.
According to the US Marshals Service Wilbur and his ex-girlfriend got into an argument at a home in Temple Hills, Maryland causing the mother and her child to leave the house.
Investigators say the mother and daughter were riding on 295 north in the Greenbelt area when Wilbur pulled up beside them in another car, pulled out a gun and opened fire. The bullet struck the child who was sitting in the back seat behind her mother.
Wilbur fled the scene while the mother called 911 and the little girl was rushed to Shock Trauma in downtown Baltimore.
The bullet went through both of the child's legs. Thankfully she did survive.
Wilbur is believed to be armed and dangerous and does have a criminal history.
A combined $11,000 reward is being offered for information into his whereabouts.
Wilbur stands at about 5'11", weighing approximately 150 lbs and may still have his long locks.
Notable tattoos include the nickname 'Ace' on his right hand.
Senior Inspector Tony Gause can be contacted at 202-427-0183.

Thoughts? As far as I can tell, Wilbur is still at large as of today's posting date (March 20th, 2022), since the above article is from only a month ago with no updates about a capture that I could find online since. This is a very scary case that although thankfully everyone survive it could have easily turned into a double homicide with a child victim so it's important Wilbur is taken off the streets.
