Well I did a little bit of research and according to fox43 he had a loaded handgun on him 2.3 grams of fentanyl over 200 grams of marijuana and 818 ecstasy pills truly a menace if I heard one is it possible the gun he had on him was the murder weapon That probably explains how he was getting around (by trafficking drugs). |

Two unrelated notes that relate to Baltimore according to fox 43.com his previous conviction in Cumberland county for domestic violence has been vacated due to a juror and witness communication and also the Cumberland county district attorney is seeking the death penalty for Baltimore and his domestic violence conviction being overturned has no bearing on the murder case

I wonder if all the people he wounded on top of that murder might've convinced prosecutors to seek death row.

Definitely could be a factor and the fact that he committed it was an extremely brutal crime and he has shown a clear disregard for human life
