The Kentucky State Police is asking for the public's help in finding a wanted man.
KSP said Friday that it was looking for Michael D. Foster, who's shown in the photo seen here.
According to KSP, Foster has active warrants for Rape, Incest, and Strangulation.
KSP says Foster could be in the area of Sturgis, which is in Union County. They say it's also possible that he could be in Russell County.
Anyone with information on Foster's whereabouts is asked to call KSP Post 15 at (270) 384-4796.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (October 2nd, 2021), there is still a posting on the Kentucky State Police's Facebook page asking for information on Foster's whereabouts that is yet to be edited or updated with any news of a capture.
