Joshua WHITWORTH is affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang and has ties to Montgomery and Harris counties, including Magnolia, Conroe, and northern areas of Houston. In addition, he has ties to Stone County, Arkansas, including the city of Mountain View.In 2013, WHITWORTH was convicted of Unlawful Possession of Metal or Body Armor by a Felon and Evading Arrest/Detention. He received two 4-year sentences to be served concurrently in a TDCJ prison. In 2018, he was arrested in Arkansas for Delivery of Methamphetamine and Cocaine and later bonded out and returned to Texas. In 2019, he was convicted of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and was sentenced to two years’ confinement. He was released on parole in July 2020.On August 13, 2020, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a Parole Violation warrant for WHITWORTH’s arrest. On December 3, 2020, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest for Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon. WHITWORTH is also wanted in Montgomery County, Texas, for Burglary of a Vehicle, and in Stone County, Arkansas, for Delivery of Methamphetamine and Cocaine and Theft.
