I am putting Florida as the missing state in our thread title since Petito was a Florida resident but she was last seen in Grand Teton national park in Wyoming and her family in New York were the ones who reported her missing. Petito was a popular figure on social media and had a YouTube channel called "Van Life" where she would travel in her van to various off-the-grid places in the U.S. Petito has been missing for six days and her family hasn't heard from her since August. Moab, Utah police confirm they attended to what they described as a physical altercation between her and her boyfriend in the same month. That boyfriend, Brian Laundrie, is now missing himself. Brian Laundrie has become the most hated person in America, with him not showing himself to answer for what happened to Gabby Petito makes him look so bad, that there was literally people outside of his parents house yelling curse words and stuff, which I must say I do condone, because the family appears to be assisting Brian on the run. There have been times where they have charged people for murders of individuals without a body like William Greer, but I’m under the impression that Gabby Petito is somewhere in the Teton National Forest. |

Once again although I give other members more leeway to express their thoughts, I am a little careful on the forum when accusing families being the forum admin as legally speaking (we've never gotten in trouble I just like to be careful based on what I see elsewhere on the internet) I feel the need to be a little more subdued than I normally do being in a position of leadership. As indicated before though, I will express opinions in passive aggressive ways lol. I do think it is telling they went to Laundrie's parent's house though. And I do feel free to express I am rather incredulous they refer to Brian as "missing." No Gabby is missing. Laundrie is in my opinion purposely avoiding the police. (And legally, I'm allowed to state my opinion).
There have been charges without a body but in the William Greer case he drunkenly admitted to killing Tammy Esquivel on camera and there was blood evidence at the home if I remember correctly.
It depends on what they find in Laundrie's parents house and in the park. Even though you me and anyone with common sense believes or fears Gabby ran into foul play, there's unfortunately no physical evidence at the moment that she's been murdered, although that could soon change.

Well that's the "could soon change" part if it is confirmed to be her. They'd likely still have to determine a cause of death of the person they found as well.

Unfortunately the body that was found was consistent with the description of Gabby Petito, but we’re still awaiting confirmation and cause of death as Scumhunter mentioned. |

Depends on if it's confirmed the person they found is sadly Gabby- if the autopsy report has a cause of death.

A couple of notes as I reread your article:
1. It says the FBI sadly confirmed the body they found is that of Gabby. I unfortunately had to officially change our thread title.
2. It says they took the Laundries' into a van, but there is no word on if they will head back to the house. So they may not have been arrested after all but we shall see.
