From winknews.com:
Elias Castaneda (DOB 1/15/89) – wanted in Lee County for a bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of sexual activity with a child & lewd or lascivious battery.
The 12-year-old girl said Castaneda would have her come to his room, at which point he would sexually assault her.
Crime Stoppers said these actions continued over time, with Castaneda telling the girl through Facebook Messenger that everyone was doing it and that it was good for her.
When the victim’s parent found the Facebook messages, she contacted the police. After being confronted with the charges, Castaneda was arrested but was quickly released on bond.
He has now skipped bond and hasn’t been seen in a few weeks, triggering a new warrant for his arrest last week. He is 5’5”, 170 pounds and was last known to be living in East Fort Myers. And upon his arrest, he will be held without bond.

Thoughts? Even though I can't find Castaneda in Florida's public access warrants database I feel pretty confident in reasonably assuming he's unfortunately still at large as of this posting date (June 11th, 2021) for two reasons.
1. He's still listed on Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers as one of their Top 10 Most Wanted fugitives aa of the aforementioned posting date:

2. A search of Lee County's online court records last entries are from 4/20/21. Two of the events are "defendant failed to appear" and "Bench Warrant (Original) with Copy to the Sheriff Filed."

Also it appears Elias allegedly molested the girl along with another man named Juan Castaneda (the article below does not specify if they're related). They had made an agreement that if one of them was caught the other would flee. They both got caught anyway, but then Elias was apparently stupidly given bond and fled in April anyway.
