On Monday, June 26, 2017, Houston Police received a report of Sexual Assault that occurred in the 4200 block of West 34th Street in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the child victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Silvano Quintanilla-Alfaro, sexually abused the victim.
Fugitive Silvano Quintanilla-Alfaro is a Hispanic male, 37 years old, approximately 5’07”, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. The fugitive has been charged with Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child under Harris County warrant #1672635.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (4/18/2021), Quintanilla-Alfaro is still listed as still having a warrant/still not in custody according to a search of Harris County's online criminal court records (for future reference, search for Silvano Alfaro). I put 2020 as the wanted year because it says the charges against Quintanilla-Alfaro were officially filed on April 23rd, 2020.
