They have clear and convincing evidence that he is in Florida. What is the hold-up for the UFAP warrant?!? I know it’s not the FBI, either: the State agency requests the UFAP warrant, and the FBI already has him on their website. If he’s making tracks for Cuba, they need to stop him before he gets there.

Glad this man has a ufap warrant finally does it mean we have some possible locations about his whereabouts We have always been discussing possible locations in this thread including Miami and Cuba, the issue is there was no UFAP warrant if he did flee the country (usually a state to state extradition not having a UFAP isn't a big deal- it's just it formally reflects it is believed they at least fled the state to avoid prosecution).

Also, Cuba is difficult to get fugitives back from yes, but no longer the impossible place it was under the Castro regimes.
