A reward of up $50,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible. Fulton Raines, 33, died after being shot at the William Moore Elks Lodge on Lexington Avenue on June 11, 2006. He was found in his vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen, just before 2 a.m.; he was taken to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. As the night progressed, numerous fights broke out both inside and outside the establishment, and concluded with Raines being found shot in his vehicle, which was parked in the parking lot, according to police.
