From Oxygen.com:
Police in Los Angeles are seeking a man they say shot his ex-girlfriend in front of their young child in a horrific scene that was captured on surveillance footage.
Herbert Nixon Flores, 46, is accused of shooting his ex, who was later identified as 35-year-old Karen Ruiz, on Wednesday morning, the Los Angeles Police Department said in a press release.
Ruiz was dropping their 3-year-old daughter off at a babysitter's home when the deadly shooting occurred, local outlet KNBC reports.
Investigators determined that the “victim's former boyfriend had fired multiple shots at the victim with a semi-automatic handgun, resulting in her death.”
Footage of the incident shows a sedan pull up to Ruiz as she stands in a driveway by an SUV with the child inside. As Ruiz recognizes the car, she screams and begins running towards the home. The man in the video chases her and then appears to shoot several times in the direction of the woman. Devastating screams are heard from both Ruiz and her child.
“The suspect shot the victim in the presence of their young child,” police noted in their press release.
LAPD Detective Sharon Kim told KNBC that Ruiz had a restraining order against Flores and that there was a history of domestic violence between the two.
Flores is described as 6’1” tall and 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to call Kim at 818-374-9550. Anyone who wants to remain anonymous can call 800-222-8477.

Thoughts? Based on the above article posting date, Flores was still at large at least as of January 8th, 2021. I am placing Flores in the Fugitives on TV section because the above article is from the Oxygen network's crime blog.
