A couple of new things about Le's capture- -He was captured at a Motel 6. No word on if the Marshals left the light on afterwards. (I hope SOMEONE gets that joke). -After getting various leads, new, promising information led the US Marshals to Virginia. They staked out the motel where Le was believed to be hiding- his wife and three children between the ages of 2 of 5 were with him. Marshals ordered them out of the motel room, then found Le hiding in the bathroom. He had been trying to remove panels from the bathroom ceiling in a last-ditch escape attempt. (So in addition to everything else, Le put his wife and children at risk- but they were thankfully unharmed) -Investigators believe since the murders, Le had been moving around the country, traveling as far as Rochester, N.Y. and Wichita, Kan. He rode in unlicensed taxicabs - "anyone that would give him a ride." www.philly.com/philly/news/20150115_Man_wanted_for_killing_two_men_by_the_Schuylkill_nabbed_in_Virginia_motel.html

Tam Minh Le was Sequence Number 242, based on my calculations. Sequence Number 220, Albert James Turner, whom AMW Busted as Capture #1109, was sent to Texas' death row.

Should add I meant to say US Marshals Top 15 capture although you understood anyway. Obviously there have been general USMS caotires sentenced to deatj.
