As of today, September 1, 2021, Antonio Bates still has a listed homicide warrant in the Oklahoma County Sheriff's public warrants directory.
The article that Scumhunter provided a link to from 2019 mentioned that Antonio may have been spending time with the local transient community. He could have also left Oklahoma. If he's a transient, then there may be some issues with pinpointing his exact whereabouts. This would explain why he has unfortunately not been apprehended yet.
