Tracy is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, 160 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. His last known address (per online court records) is on E 482nd Road in Boliver, Polk County, Mo. Also per online records, he has 2 registered vehicles: 2000 black/maroon Chevrolet S10, license plate Mo 2UX851 and 2003 blue Kia Rio, license plate Mo WH0J9D. Tracy shows a work address in Pleasant Hope, Greene County, Mo.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (4/27/2020), Stormant (a note some entities spell his last name as Storment) is still listed on the Missouri Most Wanted website as one of the state's most wanted fugitives. Additionally, as of the aforementioned posting date, Stormant aka Storment is still listed as a non-compliant sex offender in registry records.
