From CBS Austin:
Mauro Yat-Tiul, 33, is accused of sexual assault for an incident in July 2019 in Taylor. It happened after he, another man, and the victim were at a club in Austin.
"This female, soon to become the victim, stays at the residence with Mauro and is woken up in the middle of the night with Mauro removing her clothing and undergarments and forcing himself on this female victim," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Brandon Filla.
The woman was able to fight him off and get away.
"During this struggle, the victim is screaming out loud at about 4:00 o'clock in the morning, Mauro takes his hand and places it over her mouth to try and get her to stop screaming," said Filla.
It happened at a home on Maple Street in Taylor, and U.S. Marshals don't believe he's gone far.
"He's an individual that's known to work construction in Taylor and Austin, might be with some type of concrete business," said Filla.
Mauro Yat-Tiul is also known to use the alias "Williams Hernandez." He's 5'5 and weighs 110 pounds. If you have any information on his whereabouts, contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 1-800-336-0102 or visit usmarshals.gov/tips.

Thoughts? As far as I can tell, Yat-Tiul is still-at-large as of this posting date (April 17th, 2020), since the above article is relatively recent (January 2020). However, if anyone ever has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
