According to a document in the Dallas County Court Documents database, Ricardo's body was found in a drainage culvert with his arms found in a box nearby. Ricardo had been shot multiple times and had also been mutilated. Two teenage witnesses would come forward, saying that Pedro had allegedly killed Ricardo because he would not pay for his drugs. Pedro also allegedly stated that he paid an accomplice to cut Ricardo's body into several parts. Pedro was officially charged with Ricardo's homicide in March of 1991 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Based on crime location, it is advised to contact North Texas Crime Stoppers at 1-877-373-TIPS (8477) if you have any information on Pedro Cesar Molina's whereabouts.

---- Thoughts? There have been no uploaded documents to the Dallas County Court Documents database regarding this case since 1991. There is also no disposition for Pedro's homicide case in the Dallas County Court Records database. I am concluding that Pedro is still a fugitive based on this as of today, June 7, 2022. As with similar cases, Ricardo did not deserve to become a victim of homicide because of this drug-related dispute. Hopefully Pedro can still be brought to justice. - obpublicaccess.dallascounty.org/PublicAccessEP1/CriminalCourts/ (Search "F9140329") - www.dallascounty.org/criminalBackgroundSearch/paging

Photo Credits: Archived San Antonio Police Website DOB: 10/13/1977 Current Age: 44 (As of June 4, 2022) Location Of Crime: San Antonio, Texas Date Of Crime: August 15, 2002 ---- Marcial Izarraras is wanted for the homicide of four-year old Victor "Alex" Ayala. According to newspaper articles found through Newslibrary, Victor died at a children's hospital from severe trauma to his head and body. Marcial was the boyfriend of Victor's mother and was not at their residence when officers arrived. Marcial is now wanted on a warrant of capital murder for allegedly killing Victor. It is believed that Marcial fled to Mexico. Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Crime Stoppers Of San Antonio at 210-224-STOP if you have any information on Marcial Izarraras's whereabouts.Moderator Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form ----Thoughts? As of today, June 4, 2022, Marcial's warrant was verified as being active through an "official source". I understand that in major cities across the United States there are numerous really horrible unsolved homicides that have no coverage on the internet. These police departments have such a large backlog of cold cases plus an increase in current homicides to deal with. It's sadly impossible for them to publicize every single cold case. That's why I really wanted to validate the arrest warrant for Marcial and publicize the homicide of four-year old Victor Ayala. Additionally, I did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) warrant for Marcial in PACER. - web.archive.org/web/20120319115051/http://www.sanantonio.gov/sapd/WANTED.htm

Wanted to say that I did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Salguero in PACER. The Crime Stoppers Of Metro Alabama website has also been updated and no longer features Salguero. I'm assuming that he is still at large, with no evidence online to suggest that he has been located. As always, any evidence proving otherwise can be sent to us via our website contact form.

So did the medicine they gave Adriana kill her? Shouldn’t these guys have a murder warrant out as well? This is only a guess but I feel the issue is that Adriana was given faulty or incorrect medicine. The medicine didn't do what it was supposed to and it was considered criminal because Silvano and Carlos were operating an unlicensed pharmacy. A decision as to whether to charge these two with say negligent homicide is up to the DA's office and whether they felt that charge could be proven in a court of law. From a judicial standpoint, it is smart to stick to charges that you feel you can get a conviction on.

Photo Credits: Dallas Morning News Archives Defendant Details DOB: 09/16/1976 (According to Dallas County Court Records Database) Current Age: 45 (As of May 31, 2022) Height: 5'6 Weight: 148 lbs Hair: Black Eyes: Brown Location Of Crime: Dallas, Texas Date Of Crime: February 14, 1996 ---- Eugenio Hernandez is wanted for the homicide of 14-year old Alejandro Flores. The age of the victim was obtained from a Newspapers.com article. Further details about the crime were also provided from a document in the Dallas County Court Documents database. Eugenio and Alejandro were members of rival street gangs. There had been a previous fight between the two gangs. Authorities say that Eugenio was driven to where Alejandro was standing next to a pay phone. Eugenio then allegedly shot Eugenio several times, killing the teenager. Eugenio has been a fugitive ever since. Based on crime location, it is advised to contact North Texas Crime Stoppers at 1-877-373-TIPS (8477) if you have any information on Eugenio Hernandez's whereabouts.

---- Thoughts? The Dallas County Court Documents database shows only one document added for Eugenio's homicide case after 1996. It was a docket sheet which in 2010 mentioned that Eugenio was "unapprehended". There is also no listed disposition for the 1996 homicide case in the Dallas County Court Records database. I am concluding based on this that as of today, May 31, 2022, Eugenio is still a fugitive. I got Eugenio's photo from when I had a temporary subscription to the Dallas Morning News Archives. Wanted to add that as with similar cases, Alejandro in no way deserved to be murdered because he belonged to a gang. Project: Cold Case has stated on numerous occasions that there is much more to a homicide victim's life than the circumstances of how and why they were killed. Unfortunately, some homicide cases do not appear to get much publicity in general because of the victim's lifestyle choices. Let me clarify that there are numerous reasons why a young person would join a street gang. Most commonly it's because there was no positive role model in the victim's life, or because all of the person's friends were also gang members. Eugenio allegedly took away any possibility Alejandro had to leave the gang lifestyle. Alejandro's family deserves justice and for their loved one to be talked about in a positive light. Finally I did not see an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Eugenio in PACER. - obpublicaccess.dallascounty.org/PublicAccessEP1/CriminalCourts/ (Search "F9643563") - www.dallascounty.org/criminalBackgroundSearch/paging
