From kfvs12.com:
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - Deputies issued an arrest warrant for a man after they found several dead animals, firearms and potentially stolen items at a home on Coleman Cut Road.
An arrest warrant was issued on Wednesday, November 20 for Victor “Chipper” Jang II, 40, for items found inside the home.
Jang is a convicted felon and not allowed to have firearms. During the investigation and the search for the property, detectives found evidence that showed that Jang had access to guns and had possession of them.
According to Detective Captain Ryan Norman and Captain Jesse Riddle, they went to check out an incident at the home on Tuesday, Nov. 19 sometime before midnight.
Riddle and Norman said there had been several complaints over the past couple of years about poaching, trespassing and a convicted felon who was in possession of a firearm at the home.
After a joint investigation between the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office and the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife, a search warrant was obtained for the home.
Officials said before they arrived, a traffic stop was conducted with people who live at the residence.
When they got to the home, officials found a live adult female deer standing on a bed inside the home. They say items in the home indicated that the deer had been living inside for some time. It was eventually corralled toward the door and ran away.
Deputies and detectives continued to search the property and found multiple guns, ammunition, marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia, frozen animal carcasses and a buck that had recently been killed with a gun.
Some of the animals included a bobcat that was found in the freezer along with a red fox and ducks. The bobcat had not been checked in as required by law.
They also believe residents of the home are responsible for stealing items such as a pressure washer and decoys.
The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife is also conducting their own investigation stemming from the search warrant and complaints.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding Jang. If you know where he may be, please call 270-444-4719, 270-443-8355 or contact them on the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.

Thoughts? Based on local news reports, Jang was still at large as of November 20th, 2019. This is an admittedly bizarre case but I still feel bad for those poor animals.
