From kcra.com (NBC 3 Sacramento):
FAIRFIELD, Calif. —
Officers are searching for a suspect who drove at police Friday afternoon in a Fairfield neighborhood.
The suspect was identified as Robert David Hanson, 47, Fairfield police said. He was last seen driving a 1994, two-door gold Jaguar with California license plate 5MOE190, which was found later Friday night in Fairfield.
The incident began around 3 p.m. while officers were investigating Hanson in the 300 block of Dahlia Street, where he lives.
Police said officers found Hanson in the Jaguar. As he tried to leave the scene, Hanson drove at officers. Police said one officer fired at Hanson before he got away.
No officers were hurt in the incident.
It is unclear if Hanson was hit by gunfire. It is also unknown if he is armed.
Investigators believe Hanson is alone, and officers are searching the area for him and the Jaguar.
Hanson is now wanted for assault with a deadly weapon on an officer. Police said they were initially looking for Hanson as part of a narcotics investigation.
Police said Hanson is a convicted felon and has an extensive criminal history, dating back at least 10 years. His past crimes include holding people hostage, police pursuits, drug possession and firearms possession.
Hanson is considered dangerous, police said. People are urged to stay away if they see him and to call 911.

Thoughts? I'm assuming Hanson is still at large as of this posting date (November 6th, 2019) since the only article I could find was they finally found his vehicle however Hanson wasn't in it: www.thereporter.com/2019/11/02/fairfield-suspect-still-outstanding-vehicle-found/
This is a man who allegedly drove at police officers which makes even more allegedly dangerous than your average fugitive (who should already be assumed to be armed and dangerous to begin with). So people should heed the advice to stay away but do call authorities if they spot Hanson.
