Thoughts? As of this posting date (October 19th, 2019) Peyton is still listed on WKYC Cleveland's "Fugitive of the Week" wanted listings as an at-large fugitive. Although the station on occasion fails to update a captured fugitive they are usually accurate, so it is enough for me to reasonably assume he is still at large as of the aforementioned posting date and if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates proving otherwise, they are always more than welcome to let us know: www.wkyc.com/mobile/article/news/crime/fugitive/fugitive-of-the-week-most-wanted-list/95-19322127
Also, a motive in the case or how Peyton was identified as a suspect is unknown, only that Gerald Hays was talking with another man in front of the house driveway when a white car pulled up and fired bullets at him: www.cleveland.com/crime/2018/12/cleveland-man-charged-in-fatal-shooting-outside-home-in-collinwood-nottingham-neighborhood.html
