Former AMW fugitive Rebekah Johnson is being sued by Jeff Gross, the man who has accused Johnson of shooting and trying to kill him in 2006.
Gross, the founder of Ganas, a peaceful commune on Staten Island, claims Johnson, a member who had been expelled, shot him during the summer of 2006. Johnson went on the run but was arrested in 2007. She was acquitted in 2008, but Gross still had the option of filing a civil suit against Johnson, which he has done.
The trial is this week.
