In July 2018, acquaintances Alejandro Vargas-Diaz and Albert Rodriguez-Lopez were at a pool hall in Port Jefferson, New York. Authorities say the two men got into an argument. As a result, Alejandro allegedly shot Albert three times, twice in the back, killing the father of three children.
Alejandro may be residing as far away as the Dominican Republic. Aside from frequenting pool halls, he may be working as a barber or selling drugs.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the local Suffolk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS if you have any information on Alejandro Vargas-Diaz's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, July 28, 2019, it's reasonable to conclude that Alejandro Vargas-Diaz is still at large since there were several articles done on the manhunt six days ago (on July 22nd).
The good news is that fugitives have been caught in the Dominican Republic before. So if Alejandro fled over there, then that doesn't mean he can't get arrested and face a court of law for this senseless murder.
