From wsoctv.com:
LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. - Deputies are asking for the public's help finding a man wanted for the murder of a woman found dead behind a vacant home in Lancaster County.
Officials said Derrick Allen McIlwain, 41, killed Kimberly Alger, who was found dead behind a vacant mobile home Tuesday in the Rich Hill community.
According to deputies, they discovered the 36-year-old woman's body at the home on Spirit Road near the steps leading to the back porch.
A neighbor told Channel 9 an officer told her they found Alger after a call came in that somebody had put a note on the door to rent the mobile home and saw a body.
McIlwain was initially wanted for domestic violence of a high aggravated nature against Alger because of an incident that happened days before her body was discovered, but deputies are now charging him with her death.
“It is urgent that McIlwain be located and taken into custody on these charges,” said Sheriff Barry Faile. “We encourage anyone with information on McIlwain’s movements, activities or whereabouts to contact us immediately.
According to officials, McIlwain drives a 2006 Nissan Altima which could have a paper tag or South Carolina tag 8690LF on it.
Deputies said he lives in a mobile home on Dickens Road in Heath Springs and should be considered armed and dangerous.
McIlwain is also wanted for shoplifting.
Anyone who sees him or the automobile, is asked to contact the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office at 803-283-3388 or Midlands Crimestoppers at 888-274-6372.

Thoughts? I am placing McIlwain in the Fugitives on TV section since, as cam be seen above, he was the subject of a "wanted" segment on last night's (July 19th, 2019) episode of A&E's "Live PD". This of course would also make him still at large as of their airing date of 7/19/2019.
Please also take a look at the Live PD segment since it shows his multiple tattoos, one of those on his chest has the name Kimberly. I've been on the record that nothing oisses me off more than when a suspect has a tattoo with the name of the person he was in a relationship with that he allegedly murdered.
McIlwain was last known to have taken a bus headed to Atlanta but changed in Greeneville, SC.
There's some good clues to work with so hopefully the Livw PD airing works out.
