What Do People Think Of The Idea Of Future J.W. Merch?

When America's Most Wanted was on the air, they had what was called "AMW Gear" full of AMW hats, shirts etc...

Your idea of JW merchandise overall is not silly, some of the suggested merchandise would be more practical or realistic than others and there is cost involved in making some products where you'd need to weigh whether the net profit would exceed your margins but the overall concept/idea is good.

The other thing is when AMW was on Fox, they could afford to make some of the items you suggested with a major network budget, but unfortunately they may not have the budget they used to now that they're on cable (In Pursuit just like The Hunt is essentially AMW with a different name).

I searched for "ID channel store" as there is more of a budget if you include merchandise for all shows and they do have merchandise for some shows on ID/Discovery-owned networks but the site looks outdated and I'm not sure how current those products are. If they do update that, hopefully they can make merchandise for In Pursuit with John Walsh as well.

It does seem that the way the partnership (John and Cal and the NCMEC) is raising money right now is by having online auctions. They recently did an auction to be flown down to Florida where the NCMEC is located and the In Pursuit call center is to see a behind-the-scenes of a making of an episode of In Pursuit (I unfortunately found out after the fact otherwise I would have bid), or sometimes they'll do stuff like auction off baseball tickets or other sort of donated memorabilia.
