A warrant had been issued in 2009 for Hunter for Criminal Conspiracy-Manufacture of Controlled Substance. He was not located or apprehended on that warrant. He had been featured in a Crime Stoppers flyer in September 2010 for that warrant (10-21).
On June 18, 2018, Detective Matt Odenthal filed a Criminal Complaint against Hunter before Magisterial District Judge Roth charging Hunter with Criminal Homicide in the death of Michael Evans. A warrant has been issued for Hunter in this Homicide investigation.
Anyone with information on this investigation of the location of Hunter is asked to contact Detective Odenthal at 717-735-3352, odentham@lancasterpolice.com, or Lancaster Crime Stoppers at (800) 322-1913, or you can anonymously Text a Tip to Crime Stoppers by using your cell phone. Thoughts? As far as I can tell, Hunter is still at large as of this posting date (5/20/2019) as he's still listed on Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers. Although I do see fugitives on that site that have already been captured so I will admit I'm posting this with only like 90 percent as opposed to 100 percent certainty but if anyone has any updates past present or future they're always more than welcome to let us know.
Anyway, according to a local news station story, the alleged murder of Evans was apparently related to a marijuana grow operation: fox43.com/2018/06/19/lancaster-man-wanted-in-connection-to-2009-homicide/
