From The Memphis Commercial Appeal:
Memphis police are searching for 31-year-old Alejandre Rosales in connection with the May 2018 shooting death of two men in the Kingsbury neighborhood.
The victims, Ricardo Mendieta, 48, and Antonio Villarreal, 57, were killed on May 20, 2018, while standing in the front yard of a home at 3610 South Lloyd Circle, police said in a Facebook post Saturday.
Police say Rosales killed the men. He is facing second-degree murder charges. Police did not say why they believe Rosales was the shooter.
Rosales has not been arrested. Anyone who knows where he may be is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 901-528-2274.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (4/27/2019), Rosales still has an active warrant according to Shelby County's online search results: www.shelbywarrants.org/m/warrant_detail_mobile.php?x=A2875B0AEA71-B6B9-55C4-697B-1CB24EEA&d=
Also, the article doesn't state a release motive, but it does mention Mendieta and Villarreal were shot in front of home. So in my opinion, any man who allegedly shoots two men to death in a residential neighborhood regardless of motive represents a huge threat to the public.
