Thoughts? As of today, March 7, 2019, Phillip Rentz is still at large as he was just added to the FBI's Featured Fugitives page today.
As we've seen with other cases, intoxicated driving is a huge problem on Native American tribal land. It is a problem globally of course, but the tribal areas seem to have it especially bad.
