That LAPD most wanted website is notoriously outdated, there have been no new fugitives added in a decade and some are already captured so while I'm sorry Banuelos is still at large, I am glad we now have confirmation and additional resources to hopefully end the manhunt for him now that the FBI has reaffirmed him as still being wanted at least as of February 2019.

It should be mentioned that since at least 1997, Los Angeles investigators have believed Baldomero is hiding out in Jerez, Zacatecas, Mexico. The city itself only had a 2010 population of 57,610. One can only hope that someday word can get out there in that city that Baldomero is a wanted fugitive. It would be much better to have learned about Baldomero's capture, rather than the FBI added him to their featured fugitives page. However being on the FBI website is a lot better than being on the horribly outdated LAPD Most Wanted page, as Scumhunter mentioned. www.thefreelibrary.com/HUNTING+FUGITIVES+WHO+RUN+ABROAD%3B+NATIONS+WORK+TOGETHER+TO+FIND+L.A....-a083941871

Just like in the Jesus Munguia case, the kids were left without both parents sadly and it seems it’s the same thing here.

Moving this thread to the Fugitives on TV section since In Pursuit's with John Walsh's Facebook page linked to a story about the FBI's Most Wanted fugitives out of Southern California which mentioned Banuelos (see the show's August 2nd, 2019 status updates) Link to article: abc7.com/socals-dozen-most-wanted-fbi-seeks-publics-help/5433587/

As of today, April 27, 2022, Baldomero still has an active UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case in PACER. The document mentions that while Baldomero initially fled to Mexico, Baldomero was profiled on a South Florida TV show in 1999. Two people called the tv program saying that Baldomero was living in St. Lucie County, Florida. Unfortunately, that did not result in his arrest at the time.
