From wspa.com:
WILLIAMSTON, SC (WSPA) - The Anderson County Sheriff's Office said deputies are searching for a man wanted for the murder of a Belton man.
We reported earlier that deputies responded to a home in 100 block of Hillcrest Drive around 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning in reference to a male subject who was unresponsive.
When they arrived at the scene, deputies found Jose Alfredo Martinez Jimenez -- also known as Alfredo Jimenez -- 24, dead in the driveway at the home.
According to the sheriff's office's news release, it was later determined that Jimenez was stabbed and received blunt force injuries.
The suspect was identified as Jhonny Wolfran Quintano Vasquez -- also known as Jhonny Quintano -- 23, of Williamston.
Deputies believe that Vasquez fled South Carolina and that he is possibly heading towards Virginia or to the New York/New Jersey area, where he reportedly has family.
The vehicle Vasquez is in is unknown at this time, and it is also unknown if anyone is with him.
A warrant was issued for Vasquez, charging him with murder.
He is described as being 5-foot-1 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Det. Scotty Hill with the Anderson County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division at 864-260-4435.

Thoughts? I assume Vasquez is still at large as of this posting date (1/14/2019) since the above article is from only a few months ago with no updates since and he is still on Fugitive Watch which is relatively up-to-date. Of course, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
Anyway I unfortunately couldn't find anything about a motive and/or how Vasquez knew Alfredo Jimenez. Regardless, the details show a very violent and brutal murder, especially considering reports say Jimenez was both beaten and stabbed to death. So Vasquez really needs to be caught as this a very allegedly violent suspect.
