FDLE Warrant Cases Where Additional Info Is Needed

A lot of us know that the FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) has a public warrants search from across the state. However because the site cannot search warrants by crime, I doubt anyone has seriously gone through the search directory for cases that need more attention.

That's where I come in. Over the past little while, I've been going through the site by looking up both common and un-common last names, going through each entry (takes three seconds on my phone or tablet) to see if I can find fugitives wanted for what is classified as "homicide". This would be for either murder, attempted murder or manslaughter. As a result, two fugitives have been posted (after confirming through the County court search that they were still wanted) and I have a ton of other names I will be posting here.

Every fugitive has been verified as at large by one of the following three criteria.

(C1) - County court records directly say that warrant is still active.
(C2) - County court records show no case movement since time of crime (or in recent years)
(C3) - Case is not in County court records, meaning it has not gone to court.

I will be listing the following fugitives by County along with the court records link for each covered county. The goal is for at least even one of these cases to get both case details and a fugitive photo to make a thread on. For a few cases I have one or those two things already. Here we go.

Jaqueline Espinoza (C1)

Charges: Accused of driving intoxicated while driving the wrong way on a freeway. As a result she allegedly caused a collision, killing one motorist and seriously injuring another.
