From the Florida Highway Patrol website- Most Wanted Fugitives section:
Wanted: Jose Martin Flores
FHP Case #: FHPD12OFF013576
County: Orange
Investigator: Sergeant John Hill (321) 432-5458
Jose Martin Flores was traveling westbound on State Road 50 in Orlando, on Sunday, February 19, 2012. Flores was operating a grey 2005 Ford F150 pick-up while under the influence. Flores lost control of his vehicle and traveled from the westbound lanes, through the center median, across the eastbound lanes and onto the south shoulder. Flores’s vehicle overturned ejecting he and his passenger prior to the vehicle striking two trees. Flores received injuries and was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center. Flores’s passenger received fatal injuries because of this crash. Flores’s last known location was in Orlando. Flores has an active warrant out of Orange County for 1 count of DUI Manslaughter.

Thoughts? In addition to being on the FHP website, Flores also still has a warrant as of May 6th, 2018 according to Florida's public access wamted persons search website. They list his date of birth as 8/21/1993 which would make him 24 years old as of 5/6/2018 (imo, he made a poor choice to go on the run when he was only 19 and young enough to get leniency, deserved or not, in a court of law). They say Flores is 5'9 and list his weight as "50" which I'm assuming is an error: pas.fdle.state.fl.us/pas/restricted/PAS/person/WantedPersons.jsf
