On March 22, 2015, authorities in Manassas, Virginia were called to a physical altercation at a residence. Once there, they learned that Noe Raymundo Cedillo had been allegedly sexually assaulting his live-in girlfriend's young daughter for a period of time. When confronted, Noe fled on foot in an unknown direction and has been wanted ever since.

Thoughts? Since Noe fled the home on foot, if he fled the city of Manassas then he had to have gotten assistance from someone in doing that. Maybe with help from friends or family so I hope they were looked into to see if they would know where he might have been going.
