Police believe that Isaias Rojas-Vasquez is considered to be armed and dangerous and could be in the New Haven area or in route to Guatemala, police say Rojas-Vasquez is wanted for a homicide that occurred on Sunday June 26th, 2011 across from 151 Spruce street in Stamford where the victim was found stabbed to death in his vehicle. Details why the stabbing occurred is not clear however police do say there was some type of confrontation between the two late that evening on June 25th, leading to the stabbing. Isaias Rojas-Vasquez is wanted for murder and other charges relating to an aggravated assault that took place back in March of 2008. Stamford police say if anyone has any information to contact them as soon as possible at 203-977-4444. As of June 30th, 2018, Rojas-Vasquez is still listed on the city of Stamford website as one of their police department's most wanted fugitives. (Same link as in the OP)
