Photo Credits: Denver Post -- On February 21, 2017, authorities in Jefferson County, Colorado say a man was shot and seriously wounded during a marijuana deal. Charged with the shooting was Frank Junior Sanchez who at the time was 26-years old. Sanchez is described as Hispanic, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 195 pounds. Investigators say he has black hair, brown eyes and acne scars on his face. Investigators are focusing on the Kansas City, Kansas area as to where Sanchez may be hiding out. Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the TIPS Hotline in Kansas City at 816-474-TIPS or Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 if you have any information on Frank Junior Sanchez's whereabouts.Moderator Note: If you have any updated information on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form --Thoughts? Even though Frank allegedly shot a man during a marijuana deal, that victim did not deserve to get shot and seriously wounded. He is still a threat to the general public as long he remains a fugitive which is why he needs to be caught soon. www.denverpost.com/2017/03/24/jefferson-county-authorities-seek-man-wanted-in-botched-february-marijuana-deal-shooting/kc-crime.unionactive.com/My%20Docs/Most%20Wanted/2017/GKCCS%20MOST%20WANTED%208-11-17.pdf

Even though Colorado legalized marijuana, there apparently is a black market and/or drug dealers where people still want to buy it on the cheap apparently.
I'm in no way blaming the victim, but while I've said despite being a crime forum admin I believe it should be legalized, if you're in a state where it actually was (federally not but statewise you won't get in trouble), you're better off going to a legitimate store even if it costs you more money rather than dealing with a guy like Sanchez. (the irony is this is why partly why I think it should be legalized- to take away these types of transactions and black markets and have people that are going to buy pot anyway go to legitimate places).
It seems investigators have a good idea where Sanchez is possibly in KCK which is a good thing.

Haven't found any recent articles lately so currently can't confirm Sanchez as of this posting date. (6/30/2018). If anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, please feel free to let us know.
