-- Thoughts? Even though Frank allegedly shot a man during a marijuana deal, that victim did not deserve to get shot and seriously wounded. He is still a threat to the general public as long he remains a fugitive which is why he needs to be caught soon.

Even though Colorado legalized marijuana, there apparently is a black market and/or drug dealers where people still want to buy it on the cheap apparently.
I'm in no way blaming the victim, but while I've said despite being a crime forum admin I believe it should be legalized, if you're in a state where it actually was (federally not but statewise you won't get in trouble), you're better off going to a legitimate store even if it costs you more money rather than dealing with a guy like Sanchez. (the irony is this is why partly why I think it should be legalized- to take away these types of transactions and black markets and have people that are going to buy pot anyway go to legitimate places).
It seems investigators have a good idea where Sanchez is possibly in KCK which is a good thing.
