Fugitive Profile for Rodolfo Flores-Albarran (Pictured Top Right) as of December 4th, 2017: (Based on fbi.gov archived wanted poster) Aliases: Rodolfo Flores, Rodolfo Florez-Albarran, Rodolfo Florez, Jose Antonio Rodriguez, Rudolfo Flores Date(s) of Birth Used: September 24, 1974 Place of Birth: Guerrero, Mexico Hair: Black Eyes: Brown Height: 5'11" Weight: 170 pounds Sex: Male Race: White (Hispanic) Occupation: Rodolfo Flores-Albarran has worked as a laborer in the agricultural industry. Nationality: Mexican Remarks: Rodolfo Flores-Albarran usually wears a mustache. He has ties to Georgia, Florida, and Mexico. Gregorio Flores-Albarran (pictured left) and his brother Rodolfo (pictured right) have been wanted for 10 years in connection with a mass shooting. All that's been publicly mentioned about their case is that on Aug 16, 2003, they shot five people outside a bar in Clewiston, Florida, killing four of the victims. Why exactly is unclear, although a simple argument is likely. Thoughts? Both have worked in the agricultural industry but I imagine that considering the sheer number of victims, they probably fled back to their native Mexico. EDIT: In case anyone was wondering, they were never on AMW. web.archive.org/web/20170507220811/https://www.fbi.gov/wanted/murders/gregorio-flores-albarranweb.archive.org/web/20170507223254/https://www.fbi.gov/wanted/murders/rodolfo-flores-albarranAdmin note #1: Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Gregorio and/or Rodolfo Flores-Albarran should contact their local FBI field office or embassy or submit a web tip at tips.fbi.govAdmin Note #2: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

Probably went back to Mexico. I think this is a bit of an odd mass shooting, and doesn't seem like it was planned but spurred out of anger. (P.S. Sometimes I'm on my phone and I just choose view recent posts, just in case I ask that question again when they're in the non-AMW section

Got tired with the lack of information and checked an article on Newslibrary a week after the murders. The four men that were killed were Pablo Tapia Chavez, Alberto Tapia Ortiz, Francisco Tapia Juarez and Tomas Tapia Juarez. Gregorio & Rodolfo may also be from a rural part of the central Mexican state of Guanajuato, which the FBI poster does not mention.
Also I suspect the reason this case has not gotten much attention is that at least two of the men who were murdered had criminal records according to Newslibrary. The article also mentions there was a fist fight in the bar, however the Flores-Albarran brothers did not have the right to escalate this argument into a quintuple shooting. Regardless of the circumstances of this massacre, anyone who shoots this number of people is in my opinion a threat to every single person around them.

The Flores-Albarran brothers are no longer listed in the violent crimes and murders section of the FBI's website.
I do t know if they were there before but I also can't find them using the Florida Department of Law Enforcement wanted persons search website.
They seem to still be mentioned on the overall FBI website under unified crime reporting section.
I guess I'll just assume that they're still at large as of this update (12/4/2017) for now since I've seen nothing suggesting otherwise.
If anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know.

A couple of updates/clarifications I wanted to mention in regards to this case. As of today, November 30, 2020, both brothers have active homicide warrants in the Florida Statewide Warrants Database. To find these warrants, you have to search under "Gregorio Flores" and "Rudolfo Flores" and they will be listed out of Hendry County. pas.fdle.state.fl.us/pas/restricted/PAS/person/WantedPersons.jsfSecond, as of today, both brothers still have Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrants in PACER. They are listed under the same spelling as in the Florida Statewide Warrants Database. Still very surprised as to the lack of attention this case has received over the years.

I still feel we did the right thing in removing them from the site dirty dozen because of how relatively quickly the FBI removed them from their wanted listings. I feel more comfortable having FBI fugitives on our dirty dozen still currently on the FBI website and/or having been there for a while since a quick removal even with proof of local or PACER warrants could in theory indicate something being up like a legal extradition battle. (Not speculating that's the case here for the record).
With that being said I do find the overall lack of publicity on this manhunt stunning.
